House Rules

  • The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to be able to check into the hotel.
  • It is mandatory for all guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, and Passport. Note that PAN card is not acceptable. Without an original copy of a valid ID, you will not be allowed to check-in.
  • No smoking, parties or events.
  • The premises shall not be used for any illegal or immoral activity. Possession and consumption of drugs is not allowed.
  • Check-in time from 14:00 Hrs, check-out by 12:00 Noon.

Visitors Policy

In order to maintain privacy of guests and the tranquillity of the Apartment



  • Visitors are generally allowed to meet guests in the guest rooms during the day, except if there is an emergency.
  • Visitors are not to be allowed to stay overnight post 9 pm.
  • Our front desk requires all visitors to present a government approved photo identity prior to accessing guest floors/rooms.

Safety & Security

  • The guests are responsible for all their personal belongings. Most of our units are provided with an electronic personal safe. Guests are encouraged to make use of the same for keeping their valuable possessions. The management shall not be liable for any or any loss or damage under any circumstances.
  • Guests are encouraged to be personally present in the unit during the visit of our housekeeping team for the servicing of the unit.
  • The management is not responsible for any accident or injury to any guest during the stay on the premises.
  • The premises shall not be used for any illegal or immoral activity. Possession and consumption of drugs is not allowed.
  • Guests are expected to respect the privacy of other residents. They should refrain from indulging in any activity that may disturb or cause inconvenience to the other residents.
  • Playing of loud music is strictly prohibited on the premises. Guests are welcome to do so within their units as long as it does not disturb the other residents.

Furnitures & Fixtures

  • Guests are welcome to verify the inventory of fixtures, crockery and cutlery etc at the unit with the staff on arrival.
  • The guests shall be liable to pay for any loss or damage to any of furniture, fixtures, fittings, appliances, crockery and cutlery. In case of any loss or damage the guest shall have to compensate for the same in cash prior to check out.

Cancellation

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. Cancellation up to 48 Hours before arrival will not be charged.
A maximum of 2 Nights retention will be charged in the event of cancellation post 48 Hours till arrival.

Pet Policy

  • A maximum of 1 pet per room is permitted.
  • Any additional cleaning or damage repairs caused by pets will be billed separately.
  • Pets must be well-behaved and not cause any disturbances to other guests.
  • Pets should not be left unattended in guest rooms. Please arrange for pet-sitting or notify the front desk if you plan to leave the hotel without your pet.
  • Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets in all areas of the hotel and surrounding property.
  • Pets must be leashed or crated when in public spaces within the hotel.
  • Pets are welcome only in designated areas of the premises, but are not permitted in dining areas, the pool or other restricted zones.
  • All pets must be vaccinated, and guests are responsible for keeping their pets up to date on their vaccinations.
  • Should your pet become aggressive or disruptive, the hotel reserves the right to ask you to make alternate arrangements.
  • Guests assume full responsibility for any damage or injury caused by their pets during their stay.
  • The hotel is not liable for any illness or injury sustained by the pet or caused to others.
